Social health involves the forming of positive relationships with others, as well as being able to comfortably adapt to different social situations. The people you surround yourself with have an influence on the type of person you become. Furthermore, social isolation is linked to loneliness.

When you know who you are, you feel a sense of purpose. Finding your identity boosts confidence about yourself and the direction of your life. Understanding your own qualities, beliefs, values, feelings, and goals are important aspects that make up your identity. Learn to love yourself despite your imperfections!

Spending time outdoors heals, soothes, restores, and connects us with the world around us. Research shows that nature can reduce anxiety, increase attention capacity, and boost creativity. Sunlight (vitamin D) is important for our body to function and also boosts serotonin levels, which allows us to be happy!
